ASSET REFINANCE

Asset refinance is a way for a business to unlock cash by borrowing against an asset that they already own. Asset refinance consists of a lender assessing the value of the asset and offering finance based on a percentage of the asset value. The business retains operating control of the asset whilst making monthly payments back to the finance company, by borrowing against the asset instead of selling it the business can continue to use it in their day to day operations.
